At BirdieTee, we specialize in made-to-order golf apparel and home décor. Each item is produced specifically for your order. Because of this, our return and refund policy is designed to balance customer protection with the nature of custom manufacturing.
Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return, replacement, or refund.
Eligible Reasons
We accept returns or provide replacements/refunds only if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- You receive an incorrect item, size, or design
- There is a manufacturing or print quality error
- The product received is materially different from what was ordered
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return (if required), items must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and unaltered
- Be in original condition
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)
- Include clear photos or videos showing the issue
Important:
For defective or incorrect items caused by our error, returns are usually NOT required. We may issue a refund or replacement without asking you to send the item back.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:
- Personalized or custom-made items (names, custom text), unless defective
- Items damaged due to misuse, washing, or normal wear
- Orders where the wrong size or design was selected by the customer
- Requests submitted after 30 days from delivery
- Sale items or gift cards
4. Refund Policy
Full Refunds (100%)
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- The order is canceled within 12 hours of purchase
- The item arrives damaged or defective (photo proof required)
- We shipped the wrong item, size, or design
- There is a confirmed production or printing error
Partial Refunds or Store Credit
In certain cases, we may offer:
- Store credit for customer-selected size issues
- Partial refunds if the item is usable and you choose to keep it
- A discount code toward a replacement order
No Refunds
Refunds are not available for:
- Shipping delays caused by carriers or customs
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Change of mind after delivery
- Personalized items without defects
5. How to Request a Return or Refund

Step 2 – Authorization & Instructions
- Requests are reviewed within 1–2 business days
- If a return is required, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions
- Do not send items back without authorization — unauthorized returns will not be accepted

Shipping:
- Return shipping is free for items damaged or incorrect due to our error
- Customer covers return shipping for customer-related issues
- Trackable shipping is strongly recommended
6. Refund Processing Time
Once approved:
- Inspection (if returned): 2–3 business days
- Refund issued: 3–5 business days after approval
- Payment processing: 5–10 business days (depending on bank or provider)
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Shopify Payments or PayPal).
7. Exchanges & Replacements
Wrong Size Ordered
- Contact us within 30 days
- Receive a 20% discount code for a replacement order
- No return required for the original item
Defective or Incorrect Items
- Free replacement or full refund
- No return required
- Replacement ships within 3–5 business days after confirmation
8. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund
- After 12 hours, production may have started and cancellation is not guaranteed
9. European Union (EU) Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with proof of purchase
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect
10. Lost or Damaged Returns
- BirdieTee is not responsible for returns lost in transit
- Always use trackable shipping and retain proof of shipment
