How Our Shipping Works
Made-to-Order Production
All BirdieTee products are custom-made after an order is placed. We do not hold pre-made inventory. Production begins shortly after checkout to ensure quality and customization accuracy.
Total Estimated Delivery Time
- Production Time: 3–5 business days
- Shipping Time (Economy): 7–12 business days
- Shipping Time (Express): 3–6 business days
Total Estimated Delivery:
Economy: 10–17 business days
Express: 6–11 business days
Important:
Production time is required before shipping begins. Each item is created specifically for you.
1. Order Processing Timeline
- Order Confirmation: Sent shortly after purchase
- Cancellation Window: Within 12 hours of purchase
- Production: Begins within 1–2 business days
- Shipping: Tracking email sent once handed to carrier
During peak seasons or holidays, production may take up to 5–7 business days.
2. Shipping Options & Costs
United States
- Economy Shipping: $8.99 flat rate (FREE on orders $250+)
- Express Shipping: $35.99 flat rate
International Shipping
- Economy International: $12.99 flat rate
- Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days after production
- Delivery times may vary due to customs processing
We ship to most countries worldwide, including Canada, the UK, Australia, and the European Union. Some remote locations may experience extended delivery times.

Using US-based production allows for consistent quality control and reliable shipping performance.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking status may update as follows: Order Received → In Production → Shipped → Delivered
5. Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes (except USPS deliveries)
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
- Restricted destinations based on carrier limitations
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. BirdieTee is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address information.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT/GST. These fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
We declare the actual purchase value on customs forms and cannot mark orders as gifts or undervalue items.
7. Shipping Delays
Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier volume, customs inspections, or local holidays. These delays are beyond our control.
Please contact us if your order has not arrived after:
- 15 business days (US orders)
- 25 business days (International orders)
8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Lost in Transit
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or refund after investigation.
Marked as Delivered but Not Received
Once an order is marked as delivered, BirdieTee is not automatically responsible for theft or loss. We will assist with carrier investigations when possible.
Damaged During Shipping
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. A replacement will be issued at no additional cost.
9. Order Modifications
Address changes or shipping upgrades may be requested within 12 hours of purchase. Once production or shipping begins, changes may not be possible.
